**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain access controls for Document Control databases by crafting new users for Agile PLM and OCPLM systems.
- Provide documentation training for users.
- Review and process changes on documents through the Document Change Orders (CO) on OCPLM system.
- Update and release new documents and document revisions, including procedures, work instructions, forms, visual aids, and operation sheets.
- Distribute documents and remove obsolete documents from points of use.
- Act as a change analyst.
- Maintain archives according to the record retention procedure.
- Translate documents.




- Participate in projects.
- Support audits.
- Meet quality objectives.
- Review, control, monitor, approve, and release ECO/MCO/DHF through the Agile PLM.
- Evaluate specifications and review changes.
- Verify document updates and release documents.
- Review drawings and update master lists related to the Quality System.
- Evaluate BOMs and update the ERP system accordingly.
- Handle deviations in Trackwise.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in document control and quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile PLM and OCPLM systems.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work strictly within established procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully implement quality objectives and support audits.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work on ambitious projects.
