**International 3PL logistics company focused on automotive customers is looking for an After Hours Operations Coordinator.**
**Need to be Organized and detailed oriented. You will be dealing with different customers and different carriers. Follow up needs to be per carrier, customer, and user.**
The Operations Coordinator
will engaged in performing activities that ensure efficient transportation of materials and products from origin to destination. Additional duties may include scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages. Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests. Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
Required Education and Experience
- Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive logistics
Specific Knowledge:
- Legal regulations and certification requirements (OEA, CTPAT).
- Tracking and monitoring logistics from assignment to final delivery.
- Transit times and regulations in Mexico and the U.S.
- Cross-border operations




- Dealing with customs brokers
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
**This is a Full-time position**
03:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., Monday-Friday
Must be available to answer occasional client and team inquiries outside of core work hours.
