**As a Process Analyst, you will** be a bridge between operational and strategic areas, ensuring workflows are standardized, documented, and updated. Yo will **lead operational transformation** in a general organization, with direct impact on efficiency, quality, and user experience. Visibility with leadership and autonomy to propose improvements.

**Who You Are**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree in**computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in **standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.**:
- Hands-on experience using** ServiceNow**for process management
- Knowledge of** ITSM methodologies.**:
- Proficiency utilizing** ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies**to support process optimization and service management.
