The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support for installation of machinery and equipment ensuring the correct operation of civil, mechanical and electrical matters related to site needs.
- Support & implementation of utilities cost reduction.
- Support & direct supervision for site expansion or capacity increase projects.
- Promote and support quality and environmental plant goals & targets.
- Support building improvements.
- Support for manufacturing and technical departments.
- Support HSE and plant security activities.
- Keep maintenance records, manage electronic data files, hard copy and graphics as requires.
- Participate in Bosch initiatives.
A. Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and applicable regulations.
B. Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area.
C. Will be responsible that the outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
D. Actively participate in the trainings and test that may be scheduled in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.
E. Support environmental and safety programs.
Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.
- Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment and Team Work




- Responsible for follow up of labor discipline of his/her personnel if it applies.
- Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable

- Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.

**Qualifications**
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Architecture or comparable
Facilities management:
- Electrical systems (High and medium voltage substations, Generators & UPS units) Desirable
- HVAC equipment (RTU, AHU, Chillers, Boilers, BMS) Experience required, must demonstrate knowledge
- Fire protection Equipment Experience required.
Building construction management
Multi-project management
Knowledge of environmental safety codes.
Proactive
Team player
Good communication skills both spanish & english.
Position is direct responsible of temperature & humidity conditions on a controlled environment with strong scalations and complains from customers.
Problem solving
Strong preventive & corrective knowledge, specially related to HVAC.
Strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work under pressure
