- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of materials flow to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.
- Maintain oversight of all goods inventories, ensuring accuracy in quantity, location, and condition.
- Oversee and coordinate all inventory-related transactions, including:
- Procurement of materials and supplies
- Production planning and scheduling
- Cost control and budgeting
- Warehouse operations and layout optimization
- Receiving and inspection of incoming goods
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders by aligning material availability with production schedules.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements in materials management processes.
- Requirements:
- At least five (5)



years of progressive experience in management of materials and sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in total quality, six sigma, or other similar environments.
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- CPIM certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Materials Planning
- Strong knowledge of inventory control tools such Kanbans, Cycle Counting, Safety Stocks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, electronics componets.
