**Job Responsibility**
1. Identifyfy, engage, and manage influencers across various platforms (e.g., TikToTok,Instagram, YoYouTube, XiaoHongShu).
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, KOLs, andagencies.
3. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand awareness.
4.Track and analyze campaign perfrformance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
5.Support contract negotiation,



influencer onboarding, and payment coordination.
6.Research current trends in social media and influencer marketing to staycompetitive and relevant.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
2.Strong interest in social media, content creation, and influencer culture.
3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
4.Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
5.Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
