The ATS MX Transportation Operation Management (TOM) team is looking for an Area Manager with a strong delivery record, proven ability to drive process improvement, people management experience, and ability to motivate reporting team members to meet the challenges of an on-time driven environment. Key job responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team focused on yard operations, aligning Fulfillment Center operation with transportation execution.



- Plan and manage yard capacity and trailer pool for designated site. - Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. - Drive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring safe work environment for Amazon and non-Amazon workers. - Audit and ensure compliance to all standard work, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental regulations - Meet and exceed operational goals. - Own area performance metrics and communicate them to TOM and site leadership - Spanish fluent A day in the life As part of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), you’ll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success.
