We are hiring a **Recruiter - North America** to join our dynamic **Global Talent Acquisition team.** In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment processes across North America. You will be joining a general team who is passionate about bringing the best talent to Steelcase while acting as an advisor and trusted partner to the business.
**What you wil**l**be doing**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for various roles across North America (Mexico & US)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree on Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Advanced English is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting and sourcing methodologies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, among other job boards.
