**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical or Materials Engineering.
**Experience**:3-5 years of experience in engineering in the automotive, seating and/or mechanisms field.
**Knowledge and activities**
- Drawings interpretation, GD&T; medium-advanced level.
- Working knowledge in CAD (SolidWorks, Catia, NX).
- Working knowledge of engineering tools such as FMEA, 8Ds, A4s, root cause analysis.
- Experience with MIG welding, RW, projection welding, cold staking/orbital forming and assembly processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel within and outside region.
- Product launch support: prototype development, product validation,



review of product characteristics, on-site root cause analysis and NA structures engineering interface.
- Quality: support customer’s QNs resolution, analysis of product variation against design and specification requirements and on-site engineering root cause investigations.
- Support to STR plants: active communication, management of ETR’s and PTR’s, personnel training, design review of checking and welding fixtures, lead technical audits and PWs.
- **Advanced english** - fluent and conversational (mandatory).
