We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical **Placement Manager**for **Property & Casualty (P&C;)** business line to join our P&C; Placement team based in **Mexico City (Arcos Bosques)**. This is a hybrid role which requires of working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:
- Contribute with your risk expertise to analyze client’s current and historical exposures, request, analyze and compare insurance proposals, negotiate with different insurance companies, develop strong technical insurance conversations with markets and clients
- Strong knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and risk management
- Show commitment, responsibility and a proactive mindset to achieve the company results
**What you need to have**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Actuary, Industrial Engineering, or related
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty experience, including strong knowledge of P&C; coverages (Placement or Underwriting), risk analysis and Reinsurance
- Creativity to design and suggest different insurance schemes, according to our client´s needs
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership, broking and teamwork skills
- Assertive verbal and written communication (internal and external)




- Strong relationship and negotiation skills
