Job Title: Home Improvement Appointment Setter
We are seeking a motivated and personable **Appointment Setter** to join our home improvement team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our home improvement services, and scheduling appointments for our sales or project consultants. You will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in renovations, repairs, or upgrades, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided through marketing campaigns, referrals, or lead databases.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and qualify them for services.
- Explain available home improvement services (e.g., roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, kitchen remodels) and assess their interest level.
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations or virtual estimates.
- Maintain and update CRM with call notes, appointment confirmations,



and lead status.
- Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled or require additional information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals and performance metrics.
- Coordinate closely with sales representatives and project managers to ensure a seamless handoff.

**Salary**: $17,000 MXN Base pay + Unlimited Commission,
