Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Site Human Resources Business Partner located in Guadalajara, North Campus._
- Reporting to the Director, Site HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth._
- What a typical day looks like:
- _ Advise and coach business on matters related to talent management, including HR requirements, workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management, etc._
- _ Partner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions. Anticipate talent implications and Identify opportunities to close performance gaps and/or deploy effective tools aligned with the business strategy._
- _ Support business segment in cascading goals to optimize alignment between business and human capital strategies, ensuring effective implementation._
- _ Partner with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet the business needs._
- _ Drive efficiency and positive organizational results through lean initiatives, alignment of systems, processes and structures to drive the right people behavior and engagement._
- _ Assist the business in making informed decisions regarding people investment to achieve sustainable business results._
- _ Develop and deliver cross-cultural communications and change strategies_




- _ May participate in activities related to mergers and acquisitions_
- _ Plan, implement and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance management, rewards planning, training and succession planning)._
- _ Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required._
- _ Manage and/or direct duties of others, set goals and drive initiatives._
- _ Build strong internal customer relationships that foster a positive partnership with the business_
- _ Ensure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations._
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field._
- _Intermediate to advanced English level proficiency._
- _ Proven experience in a similar HR role within the electronics manufacturing industry._
- _Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills._
- _Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to create persuasive presentations for senior leadership. (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)_
- _Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization._
- _Familiarity with HR strategic planning and execution._
- _Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development initiatives._
- _Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups._
- _Demonstrated ability to lead major initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts._
