**_ In this role, the objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives._**
**_ Responsibilities_**:
- **_Preferable to have resources who had exposure to manufacturing / industrial companies and to understand the procurement cycle._**:
- **_Process invoices in workflow / ERP as per customer policies and guidelines_**:
- **_validate key fields from scanned documents_**:
- **_Run uploads for electronic invoices_**:
- **_Understand customer’s policies and adapt._**:
- **_Resolve the exceptions while processing and post processing_**:
- **_Perform audits in accordance with customer’s policies and procedures._**:
- **_Understand the priority requests from customer and take necessary action._**:
- **_Perform T&E; receipt audits and report the discrepancies in accordance with Client policies._**:




- **_Generate the payment batches and work with customer and Genpact internal offices for approvals and printing._**:
- **_Respond to vendor’s customer’s e mails / calls for the help desk resources and call back if required._**:
- **_Follow the close calendar and perform the close activities as pre-defined._**:
- **_Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload._**:
- **_Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets_**:
- **_Month end close activities_**
**_ Qualifications we seek in you!_**:**_ Minimum Qualifications_**
- **_Accountant / Experience / Experience (Accounts receivable, Processing invoices, Exception resolution, Help desk, taxes understanding)_**:
- **_Knowledge and experience with workflow and ERP._**:
- **_English skills (Only for help desk)_**:
- **_Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word Computer skills (MS Office) Intermediate Excel Vlookup, Pivot Table, basic financials Functions_**:
- **_Strong Customer Orientation_**:
- **_Basic understanding of Travel and expense reports and audit (Concur)_**:
- **_Knowledge of AP reconciliations and GRIR reconciliations_**:
- **_People on helpdesk should have some understanding of AR._**:
- **_Effective oral and written communication skills_**:
- **_Effective analytical & problem-solving._**:
- **_Good understanding of the AP end to end processes_**
