**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect and oversee integration of low-level drivers and middleware for processor-side communication (ICC, SPI, UART, DMA, RPMsg) and automotive networks (CAN/CAN-FD TP, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Define and implement power-management strategies to meet OEM quiescent-current requirements.
- Guide the development of secure-boot chains, including cryptographic image signing and key management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, systems, cloud, validation) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Mentor and coach embedded software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive code reviews, CI/CD automation, and Agile development practices.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system-level issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including MISRA-C/C++, ASPICE, and cybersecurity protocols.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.




- Expertise in C/C++ development on microcontrollers using FreeRTOS, AUTOSAR Classic, and/or embedded Linux.
- Strong background in secure-boot implementation, bootloader development, and board-level bring-up.
- Proven experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet).
- Deep understanding of processor-side communication buses and low-power ECU design.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Experience with connected-vehicle OTA frameworks and dual-bank image strategies.
- Prior work on telematics, data-acquisition loggers, or automotive IoT devices.
- Knowledge of functional safety and cybersecurity standards (ISO 26262, UNECE WP.29).
