**Responsibilities**
- **Supervise and Lead Production Staff**: Direct daily operations, including job assignments, scheduling, and training.
- **Meet Production Goals**: Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met on time and within budget.
- **Ensure Quality and Safety**: Implement and enforce strict quality control and safety procedures. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Optimize Processes**: Identify and implement improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Manage Resources**: Oversee the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity.
- **Troubleshoot and Problem-Solve**: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during production.
- **Report on Performance**: Track and report on key production metrics, including output, quality, and downtime.
- **Mentor and Develop Team**: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to your team to help them grow professionally.
**Qualifications**
- **Proven Experience**: At least 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.




- **Strong Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay instructions and report on progress.
- **Education**: A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
