Purpose of Role
Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans for upper secondary high students. Deliver engaging and effective instruction. Assess and monitor student learning and progress.

ISP English Teacher High School Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering instruction in literature, writing, grammar, and vocabulary,



fostering critical thinking and communication skills through discussions and analysis
- Assessing student progress with tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback and individualized support
- Creating a positive and disciplined learning environment
- Use various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning and engage students.
- Encourage high-level discussions, analysis of literary texts, and self-directed learning activities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with new teaching methods and educational trends.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate upper secondary/Senior high students.
- Degree in education or a related field.
- English Teaching certification
- Experience in upper secondary/Senior high education.
