Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of our Mexico entity. This role reports directly to the FinOps Manager (US) and works closely with local payroll, tax,



and accounting service providers as well as global finance stakeholders.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for payroll administration, accounts payable, tax and statutory compliance, month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition support, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with Mexican accounting, tax, and labor regulations. This individual will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of MTech’s integral finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements.

• Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

• Prepare payment schedules and support cash management activities.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Accounting & Month-End Close
