- Manage and control the employee hire process, including: document validation, generation, data input on Workday and all actions related to the process of hire.
- Responsible for data management, with a special attention to data accuracy, compliance and completion within the People Systems (Workday).
- Make sure hires are made on time and correctly to avoid any payroll, legal and security impacts.
- Make sure key stakeholders are notified correctly and on time making sure there is no impact on stakeholders processes.
- Make sure that all the data migration to payroll systems are on time to avoid employee impacts.
- Align with Continuous Improvement mindset leveraging technology and contribute to the simplifications, refinement and operational excellence
