Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications & Experience**




**5+ years of experience** in handling **high-value personal injury cases**, knowing exactly how to build them up and fight for **maximum, justified compensation**.
A **master of negotiation & strategy**—you know how to push insurance companies to pay settlements truly reflective of the client’s damages and suffering while prepping cases for hardcore litigation when needed.
Bilingual, with **Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred**, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
**Tech-savvy & process-driven**, leveraging legal tech and automation tools to streamline **case management**.
A **client-whisperer**—you turn complex legal processes into **clear, reassuring guidance** for clients.
