**Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and appointment setters.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and success-driven team culture.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to improve performance.
- Oversee quality assurance to ensure high sales standards.
- Verify and confirm appointments with accuracy.
- Manage appointment dispatching and scheduling.
- Engage with customers to assist with rescheduling and rebooking when needed.
**Compensation and Benefits**

$300-$400 weekly, paid consistently.

**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of Sales Management experience with proven leadership results.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (cold calling required; solar experience highly preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in English (CVs must be submitted in English).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per week
