**Job Title: Implementation Consultant - LATAM**
**Job Overview**
The Implementation Consultant - LATAM plays a key role within the Professional Services team, leading or supporting the deployment of enterprise software solutions for customers across Latin America. This position requires deep product knowledge, fluency in Spanish, cultural awareness, and strong consulting skills to ensure customers effectively implement software solutions within their operations.
Team members in this role must be comfortable working both on-site and remotely as part of one or more customer engagements. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for tasks such as requirements gathering, system configuration, solution documentation, testing, training, troubleshooting, and supporting clients during go-live and post-implementation phases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Professional Services team members to implement software solutions for LATAM-based customers.
- Lead and support implementation activities, including requirements gathering, process documentation, system configuration, and end-user training.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate project discussions in Spanish to align implementation goals with client needs.
- Deliver post-go-live support,



troubleshoot system/process issues, and ensure continued client success.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a consultative advisor on best practices.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while adapting to regional business practices and cultural nuances.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and improve customer outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and lessons learned from LATAM implementation projects.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in professional services, enterprise software implementation, or consulting roles.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings, workshops, and virtual communications across diverse cultural environments.
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% across Latin America and North America.
- Interest in long-term career development within the organization.
