Job Description

We're looking for a Sr. Manager Finance Treasury, Credit & Collection to join our finance team in México, Mexico. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee all treasury operations, credit management, and collections activities while driving financial optimization and risk mitigation across the organization. - Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital efficiency
- Oversee credit risk assessment, approval processes, and credit limit management to minimize exposure while supporting business growth
- Design and implement collections strategies and processes to maximize accounts receivable recovery and reduce days sales outstanding
- Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain compliance with banking covenants and financial agreements
- Analyze financial data and market conditions to provide forecasting, modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, establishing clear performance metrics and accountability standards
