Position: Plant Controller

Location: Cd Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico

Join a World Class Manufacturing Company in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to be a key member of our finance team, supporting the plant's leadership in driving productivity, cost optimization, and financial excellence.

Education and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- +5 years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with the Maquiladora System (IMMEX).
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of local and federal events.
- Working knowledge of business systems/ERP

General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager, Plant leaders, and Americas Leadership Team for result explanation, process improvement, project management, efficiency identification, and complex analysis.
- Provide proactive consultation on complex financial and operational matters to departmental leaders, contributing to business decisions.
- Drive improvements in plant material usage, and scrap rates, and collaborate with the Supply Chain for optimized material costs and inventory levels.
