Ingredion is looking for a Customer Specifications Specialist to join our team and ensure customer specifications remain a critical standard for evaluating product quality. Your expertise will help us deliver on our promise to customers and strengthen global coordination.
As a Customer Specifications Specialist, you will be part of a global team that coordinates customer specification documents and ensures timely,



accurate reviews aligned with quality standards.
This role reports to the Lead Customer Specifications US & Canada.

What will you do:
- Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process regionally, working with participants from each plant and country to provide timely reviews aligned with customer segmentation policy.
- Partner with colleagues to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Review customer quality agreements with the appropriate plant and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, plant quality, and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews.
- Submit regional reviews for general customer review.
- Maintain organized records of completed customer specifications and quality agreements in shared locations for easy retrieval by plant quality and global document teams.
