The role:

You will be responsible for leading and driving strategic data science projects focused on automating processes. By applying predictive models and effective techniques, you’ll solve real business challenges in a fast-moving corporate setting. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that’s shaping how the organization makes impactful decisions.

What will you do:
- Discover and leverage valuable data sources, automate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, and perform data quality analysis (completeness,



profiling, etc.).
- Automate manual processes, especially business analysis and repetitive tasks like exception documentation and operational flows.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover relevant patterns and trends.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models (e.g., XGBoost) to answer key business questions such as customer forecasts, contract renewals, goal achievement likelihood, and product success probability.
- Integrate AI solutions into business processes, ensuring data security and cybersecurity compliance.
- Present insights and results through clear and effective visualizations (using Power BI or other tools).
- Lead data science projects from problem definition to implementation and results communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies like Scrum.
