**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for the different USA positions that the company requires (paralegals, administrative, marketing, and others).
- Stay informed about industry’s best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in **Law**, HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
**A plus**:
- Previous Experience with ATS (Application Tracking System).
- ** Basic knowledge of the different fields of law.**:
- Knowledge of hiring platforms.
**What We Offer**:
- $20,000 - $25,000 pesos per month
- Monday-Friday 7:00 am/8:00 am to 4:00 pm/5:00 pm
