As an IT Business Analyst Specialist, you will be a member of the general technical support team within Procurement IT organization for PPG's. You will work with Procurement users globally, address and resolve user issues and implement quality improvement processes
**Main Responsibilities.**
- Provide Support to ePro and related tools in procurement IT organization. The support in ePro involves troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets and perform IT Audit.
- Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes.
- Good technical knowledge and able to translate complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.
- Assimilate assigned different department's products and process experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes.
**Qualifications.**
- Bachelor's degree in information systems management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- +3 years of experience in IT or a role In Business Analyst or an IT Consultant
- Background working in an ERP environment (SAP/Oracle)
- SQL knowledge.
- Advanced English skills.
