Job Functions
- Contact and qualify prospective customers
- Support inbound and outbound sales activities
- Transfer qualified opportunities to licensed specialists
- Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction
- Work across multiple systems while meeting productivity goals

Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish skills
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and sales-minded approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma





Preferred:
- Experience providing customer support or sales support within a high-volume, complex environment
- Experience in outbound calling or lead qualification
- Experience in insurance or related field
