How will you contribute to our magical experience?

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Sr. Manager to lead the Data & Insights efforts for the Mexico region. In this role,



you’ll serve as the main point of contact for all local insight needs, bringing together Research, Analytics, and Sales Research into one cohesive, business-driven function that connects insights, aligns priorities, and turns complexity into clarity. This person will play a key role in unlocking insights, shaping local narratives, and elevating the use of data to drive impact across the company.

The Sr. Manager, Data & Insights (Mexico) will be responsible for:
- Lead the strategic integration of Research, Analytics, and Sales Research functions in Mexico to build a cohesive, business-aligned Data & Insights operation.
- Act as the go-to person for all data-related matters in the Mexican market, serving as a trusted thought partner for local and regional business leaders.
