Implementation Consultant, ERP

We are seeking a proactive Implementation Consultant to support the Professional Services team in delivering Managed Services to customers after product implementation. In this role, you will manage ongoing customer commitments, provide troubleshooting and proactive support, and help customers plan and implement upcoming projects. You will also collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.

About the Role:
In this opportunity as Imlementation Consultant, ERP, you will:
- Research, analyze and resolve problems and issues with minimal supervision and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Work on multiple projects providing white glove treatment to select customers with varying levels of complexity.
- Deliver informative, well-organized presentations and builds long-term relationships with customers




- Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Collaborate with the other team members to implement best practices to provide consulting and support to customers
- Assist in establishing new processes and procedures to improve operations

About You:
You’re a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant – ERP if you have the following required qualifications:
- Experience in ERP or ERP integrations. Desirable with SAP or Oracle.
- 2 to 5 years of experiencie implementing.
- Experience in Indirect Tax applications preferably OneSource
- Logical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to ask the right questions and not be afraid to reach out to other team members to get to the best resolution for the customer
- Passionate about the role and a self-starter who gets satisfaction by doing the job well.
