Senior Program Manager – CIO Strategy and Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Program Manager to join the CIO Strategy and Operations team. This role is adecuado for a seasoned leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving transformation across commercial systems. You will lead high-impact programs that span multiple business domains and technologies, enabling simplification, standardization, and technology-enabled modernization of commercial systems.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program execution skills. While your initial assignment would be within the Commercial Processes and Systems Program (CPSP), this position is designed to flex across strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.

About the Role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will:
- Lead strategic programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions,



engaging stakeholders from across the organization to ensure alignment and successful program execution
- Translate business strategy into actionable program plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
- Champion system and process simplification and standardization, ensuring outcomes are automation-ready and customer-centric.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact.
- Guide and mentor project managers and workstream leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
