Human Resources Generalist Location Industrial Park, Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Analyst.
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or metalmechanic industry preferred.
Conversational English.
Valid passport and U.S. visa. Key ResponsibilitiesTraining
Conduct Training Needs Assessments TNA.
Plan and develop training programs.
Follow up on training activities for both unionized and administrative employees.
Develop internal trainers.
Ensure compliance with legal training requirements.
Monitor and report training KPIs. Recruitment amp Selection
Recruit operational and administrative personnel.
Implement talent attraction strategies, including job fairs and partnerships with schools and government institutions.




Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate selection.
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs. Labor Relations
Apply labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations matters, including work schedules, disciplinary actions, terminations, Sunday premium, and other laborrelated issues.
Maintain communication and positive relationships with union representatives. Work Schedule
