Qualifications
- Solid and verifiable experience in Hotel Operations, preferably in Food & Beverage (previous supervisor/leadership experience required).
- Strong results-driven approach, with the ability to optimize processes, control costs, elevate quality standards, and enhance profitability.
- Inspiring leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Sensitivity to design, detail, and the guest experience, ensuring consistency at every touchpoint.
- Proficiency in English, essential for communication with international guests.
- High communication skills, active listening, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
- Full schedule availability, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
