HRIS Analyst
General Objective:
Maintain, organize, and optimize human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
The HRIS Analyst supports Syntax’s data management, reporting, system maintenance, and process improvement needs while ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and effective end-user support. This role works with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics,
and SharePoint and collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across international environments.
Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and continuous improvement of HR systems and related processes. The role maintains HR data quality, develops standard and ad hoc reporting, supports troubleshooting and issue resolution, documents procedures, and contributes to strategic and operational HR technology initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Design, maintain, and support HRIS processes in line with organizational data management and reporting needs.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational and employee data within HR systems.
• Create, maintain, and optimize standard and ad hoc reports, queries, dashboards, and data summaries for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Manage and follow up on HRIS support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
