MAIN PURPOSE
To serve as the lead employment law advisor for Mexico and Latin America, providing strategic and practical legal counsel on complex labor and employment matters, driving compliant implementation of policies and procedures, mitigating legal risk, and supporting business and People priorities through independent judgment and effective coordination across stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic and practical legal advice on labor and employment matters across Mexico and Latin America, with a focus on complex and high-impact issues.
- Advise the People Team and business leaders on employment matters including hiring, performance management, employee relations, termination
