We are looking for a **Service Desk Agent Tier 2**
**You will have the opportunity to**:
- Provide support and technical assistance to users
- Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents
**What requirements must I meet to join the team?**
- **Advanced English level for written and verbal communication with internal and external customer**
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Strong communication skills
- IOS / Windows troubleshooting
- VPN Support
Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
On site, only in Hermosillo.
