As a Sales Representative, you will assist prospective clients with their immigration
needs by scheduling appointments, providing service information, and helping
convert inquiries into clients—all while ensuring a professional and supportive
experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their needs and
- determine how the firm can support them.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding immigration
- services and processes.
- Use sales techniques to encourage prospective clients to begin
- their legal process with the firm.




- Build long-term client relationships through consistent and
- culturally sensitive communication.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure overall
- satisfaction.
- Offer solutions to address clients’ concerns or obstacles.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication across all customer
interactions.
Compensation:
- $15,000 mxn Monthly Gross Salary
- Food Stamps $1000 mxn
- 5 PTOs per year
- Commissions weekly paid
