**What You’ll Do**
- Engage with existing clients across the United States to ensure a positive and successful experience with Alliance services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive client retention and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and guide them toward solutions that help them achieve their business goals.
- Reduce client time-to-first-value by ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that add value to the client.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Follow established processes while actively contributing ideas to improve client success strategies and workflows.

**Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in **client success, account management, customer service, or sales**.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with U.S.based clients is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships while maintaining high service standards.
**What We Offer**
- $22,000-$28,000 MXN Pesos Monthly, dependent on skills and experience
- Bonus and commissions: Skilled representatives may be eligible for a bonus and commission plan after the 3rd month of employment.
