_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Manufacturing Engineer _located in _Aguascalientes._
_ Manufacturing Engineer _role involves_ _plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques_
- _ Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters._
- _ Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods._
- _ Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root-causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills._
- _ Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans_
- _ May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products_
- _ May participate in control plan development_
- _ Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures)_
- _ Analyzes and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency._




- _ Conference with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods._
- _ Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests._
- _ Provides information for management decisions from a technical and technical cost perspective._
- _ Conference with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes._
- _ Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Engineer or Bachelor´s Degree related._
- _ Intermediate English._
- _ Use of the following tools may be required: CAD, robot and PLC programming, and other automation components._
- _ Testing: oscilloscope, cable and harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer._
- _ Inspection: bare board, systems, components, cable and harness, microscope, measuring tools. Mechanical & Electrical Tools: taps and dies, alignment tools, measuring tools._
- _ Office skills: office software to include, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package_
- _ AMEF Implementation. (nice to have)_
