Definity is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys managing cross-functional programs, coordinating campaigns, and turning ideas into measurable results.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B demand generation, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services.
- Professional fluency in both English & Spanish, with strong writing and storytelling skills in both languages.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.




- Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams, with a proven track record of driving pipeline generation in enterprise or complex sales environments.
- Strong writer and editor who can package customer proof clearly and quickly.
- Ability to contribute to marketing planning while executing programs hands-on.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they can improve marketing effectiveness.
