- **Purpose of the Role**
- Responsible for the **accuracy and integrity of all inventory records**and the systems that manage them across the site. This role is tasked with executing rigorous cycle counting programs, performing detailed variance analysis, and driving corrective action to ensure the fast-paced production lines are never stalled by bad data, directly supporting the company’s objective of achieving and maintaining world-class **Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA)**.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- **1. Inventory Accuracy & Control**- Leads the full inventory accuracy framework, including ABC-based cycle counting, variance reconciliation, and root-cause/corrective action plans across warehouse and production areas. Ensures physical vs. system alignment, manages the Materials Review Board, and oversees correct setup of all transactions, product transfers, and new processes to prevent future discrepancies and maintain industry-leading IRA performance.
** 2. Process Compliance, Audits & Governance**
- Owns internal audit programs, weekly Gemba walks, and continuous improvement of material control workflows to ensure strong compliance and operational discipline. Manages segregation of duties, DOA approval for all adjustments/scrap, and alignment of procedures with Finance, SCM, and Logistics. Tracks accuracy KPIs, drives accountability for preventive actions, and coordinates pre-work for physical counts per site and finance standards.

3. Strategy, Optimization & Training**
- Leads strategic initiatives such as ABC analysis, slotting optimization, and technology adoption to strengthen data integrity, improve material flow, and reduce waste and unplanned consumption.
Partners with Warehouse & Logistics leadership to build best-in-class governance, and drives site-wide awareness and training to elevate responsible material usage, inventory discipline, and overall operational maturity.
Experiência y requisitos
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-8 years of dedication, progressive experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and variance analysis, preferably in a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- **Background**: Finance, Supply Chain, Business administration or related field.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proven mastery of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Standard Costing) and cycle
- count methodologies (ABC analysis). Strong experience with Tier-1 ERP/WMS
- systems is mandatory.
- **Compliance Knowledge**:
- Demonstrated understanding of SOX controls, GxP, and audit protocols as they
- relate to inventory management and system access.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving root cause analysis and
- implementing effective corrective actions.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership, able to communicate clear expectations, drive accountability across functional.
- High sense of urgency and action driven.
- Challenge status quo and ability to influence with and without authority upward and downwards.- Visa B1/B2 for USA
