**Bilingual AI Systems, Code & IT Specialist (esp/eng)**
**Pay**: $25,000-$30,000 MXN monthly (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an **AI Systems, Code & IT Specialist** responsible for developing AI-driven solutions, writing and maintaining code, and ensuring all IT systems operate efficiently and securely. This role supports internal teams by delivering reliable technology, automation, and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Manage servers, cloud platforms, and databases
- Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices
- Develop and maintain AI/ML tools, automations, and internal technical workflows
- Support teams with technical solutions and troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
- Strong coding skills and experience with AI/ML tools
- Experience with cloud services
- Knowledge of databases,



APIs, and system integrations
- Understanding of cybersecurity and system reliability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across departments
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Background
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (Preferred but not required)
- 3+ years of experience in AI development, coding, or IT systems (Preferred but not required)
