**Key Responsibilities**
**Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and test cases**
**Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT support testing**
**Execute test cases and document results clearly**
**Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / ALM / Azure DevOps**
**Work closely with developers and business teams for issue resolution**
**Prepare daily/weekly test status reports and test metrics**
**Support end-to-end testing across multiple systems and integrations**
**Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards**
** Required Skills**
**Experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst**
**Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)**
**Hands-on experience in Manual Testing**




**Experience in Defect Management and test documentation**
**Knowledge of testing tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps - any)**
**Good communication and coordination skills**
- **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
**Banking/Financial domain experience**
**Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation**
**Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT - any)**
**Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams**
