**Responsibilities**
- Manage improvement projects and new developments as quotes and manufacturing costs.
- Interpret drawings and coordinate the design and modification of tooling and equipment in AutoCAD.
- Oversee automation, systems integration, PLCs, and pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Manage measurement, inspection, and testing methods.
- Analyze technical and economic feasibility, plant capacity, and production line balancing.
- IATF audit compliance
- Evaluate ergonomics, operating conditions, and compliance with EHS guidelines.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
- 7+ years' of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
