Our client is a world leader in energy solutions and now is looking for a Finance Manager that will be leading the Financial Planning and Analysis team in both long term strategy and daily operations to ensure corporate guidelinesâ adherence regarding budget, forecast and capital investment. The position will design and deploy operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency. Ensure the integrity, accurate consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial data, revenue and financial analysis.

Main responsabilities:

Monthly P&L; statement preparation and account reconciliation, financial reporting, year end and quarter end review/ audit preparation, physical inventory analysis and drives the budget and forecast activities.

Requirements
Experience

Three to five (3-5) yearsâ prior supervisory experience in the financial analysis reporting with a general manufacturing corporation.

In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other financial principles.

Education

BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. Financial post-degree or MBA a plus.

ERP business intelligence (SAP, Oracle ) is a must.
