**YOUR ROLE**
As Quality Engineer on our team, you will:
- Primary customer contact.
- Receive customer requirements and ensure on-time shipments.
- Negotiate critical situations with the customer and manufacturing plant.
- Support Production Control (PC) in managing premium outbound resources.
- Ensure the customer maintains their material supply.
- Support PC in optimizing regular support windows for customer service and plant flexibility.
- Maintain constant communication and follow-up with production control
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
**In your daily job you will**:
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in the position or similar
- Intermediate-advanced English level
- Problem-solving techniques (8D, Lean 6 Sigma)
- Statistical analysis techniques, statistical process control
- Knowledge of IATF 16979 standard
- Knowledge of AIAG manuals
