**A high‑performance coated fabrics manufacturing company is looking for an**Import - Export Analyst.**
**Objective**:
Manage import - export formalities, review inventories, coordinate logistics, and provide customer service support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze options to document and coordinate northbound/southbound shipment logistics and track materials in transit.
- Prepare all required documentation for U.S. and Mexico customs (invoices, equipment control, import/export materials documentation, etc.).
- Track shipments through final delivery confirmation.
- Use the ERP system to extract information for foreign trade operations.
- Participate in activities such as inventory reconciliations, balance adjustments and related processes.




- Work with different shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, LTL, and international freight.
- Generate UPS/FedEx labels for outbound shipments.
**Profile**:
- 3+ years of experience in Import/Export operations.
- Knowledge of documentation and import/export procedures.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, highly organized, results‑oriented, and proactive.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, based in Terán Terán
