**JOB SUMMARY**
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing accounts payable and accounting-related payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all transactions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and verify tax and fiscal documentation required for payments (e.g., W-8 forms).
- Execute payments through the company’s banking platform.
- Submit scheduled invoice payment requests twice per week.
- Review and process employee expense reimbursements through the Flexi platform.
- Register vendors and employees in the Flexi platform and enable system access.
- Create, document, and maintain accounting process manuals.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Service-oriented and detail-focused.
**Fluent English (spoken and written) - required.**
