The Opportunity: Performance Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale our mobile acquisition engine in Mexico. We've already built a live, growing business - and we're investing significantly to accelerate it.



This role is responsible for deploying, measuring, and optimizing a multimillion-dollar advertising budget across channels such as Meta, Google App Campaigns, and DSPs.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution. You will operate as both a hands-on media buyer and a highly analytical problem solver, owning performance end-to-end, from campaign setup to deep funnel optimization.
As the first dedicated performance marketing hire on Mexico, you'll partner with our existing agency while progressively bringing knowledge and capabilities in-house - with real traction already behind you and a mandate to push it much further.
This is a remote role with a preference for individuals based in México or in a similar time zone. Occasional travel will be required for company onsites and market visits (minimum 4-6 times per year).
