The adecuado candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a strong understanding of the trucking industry, a proven ability to generate and manage freight opportunities, and experience coordinating FTL,



LTL, and intermodal shipments.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop, manage, and grow an existing book of business with shippers across the U.S. market.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers through proactive sales and account management.
● Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through outbound prospecting.
● Coordinate and manage freight movements across Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and intermodal transportation.
● Negotiate rates and service solutions with customers and carriers to maximize profitability while ensuring high-quality service.
● Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate customer and shipment records within the company's systems.
